from a CASA case worker (Court appointed advocates)

I am a Casa for a six year old boy who has had a very rough time of it. He is the youngest of four sibs who are all placed in different foster homes. The children have been badly neglected, and abused quite possibly all of their lives. This little boy just finished playing on a T-ball baseball team and loved it. He is quite athletic. He is also still a baby in many ways. The blanket (fleece with baseballs as a design) was perfect for him. He could not believe it was just for him, that he could take it where ever he went, and when I spoke to his foster mom she said he was sleeping with it at night. He cries at night he told me, because he misses his mommy.

So keep up the good work, and thank you on behalf of my little guy who doesn't read or write yet.
